GENERAL POLICY

Early Check-In Policy

  • Standard check-in time: at 15:00
  • Early check-in availability:
    • Subject to room availability on the day of arrival
    • Not guaranteed
  • Additional Charge:
    • 1 hour earlier: Free
    • 2 hours before: will be charged 30% from Website Rate
    • Before noon: will be charged 50% from Website Rate
    • Morning arrival (01:00 AM – 10:00 AM): will be charged 1 Night from Website Rate
  • Alternative if unavailable:
    • Luggage storage
    • Access to hotel facilities

Late Check-Out / Late Departure Policy

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon
  • Late check-out availability:
    • Subject to availability
    • Must be requested in advance or on the day of departure
  • Additional Charge:
    • Until 15:00 PM will be charged 30% from Website Rate
    • Until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% from Website Rate
    • After 18:00 PM will be charged 1 Night from Website Rate

Extend Policy

  • Extend Stay
    • Extend stay should be requested in advance or one day before of departure date and price would be refer to website rate with special discount 5% – 10 %

No-Show Guest Policy

  • A no-show is defined as a guest who fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation or modification according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
    • On the day of arrival, the reservation is held until the end of the check-in cutoff time (as per policy). If the guest does not arrive or contact us within this time, the booking is marked as a no-show
    • If the reservation is guaranteed, No-show fee would be applied according to the agreed policy
    • Any deposits or prepayments will be non-refundable in case of a no-show
    • If the guest contacts us after being marked as a no-show, we handle the situation based on management discretion and policy, considering availability and possible additional charges

Security Deposit Policy

  • To cover any incidental charges, damages, or violations of hotel policies, the hotel requires a security deposit from all guests at the time of check-in.
    • A security deposit IDR. 1.000.000 Net / Stay is required (Amount according to the accommodation category)
    • The security deposit may be taken as Credit Card
    • The deposit may be used to cover:
      • Room damage or missing items
      • Smoking or pet violations
      • Excessive cleaning fees
      • Unpaid charges incurred during the stay
    • If no charges are incurred, the deposit will be:
      • Released upon check-out (card authorization), or
      • Refunded within 14 business days after stay
      • Refund timing may depend on the guest’s bank or card issuer.

In-House Guests:

Equipoise Resort is an adults-only hotel for staying guests. Minimum age requirement: 12 years and above.

Day Visitors & Dining Guests:

Families with children are welcome to visit for day access, dining, and experiences. No age limit applies for day visitors and restaurant guests.

Natural Environment:

Equipoise Resort Ubud is immersed within the living landscape of Manuaba Valley. As a resort designed to exist in close harmony with its surroundings, guests may occasionally notice small insects or local wildlife native to the area. This is a natural part of the tropical environment and reflects the authentic character of the valley.

The resort maintains high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care throughout all guest areas, while respecting the balance of the surrounding ecosystem.

Cancellation Policy

  • All non-refundable reservations are subject to strict cancellation terms
    • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once the reservation is confirmed.
    • The full stay amount, including room rate and applicable taxes, will be charged at the time of booking or upon cancellation.
